What It Is Fun and fundraising at a combination potluck-banquet/concert/fundraising event for the Flint Folk Music Society featuring a volunteer performance by Jo Serrapere and her trio. We had a great time last year and raised enough money to help support a full season of concerts in 2011. Proceeds from this year's Hard Times Banquet will help support the 2012 Flint Folk Music Festival. Grant funding is way down this year so your participation and generosity are more important than ever. Come have a great time and support the 2012 Flint Folk Music Festival on July 27 and 28.
Reservations If possible we ask that you make a reservation so that we can have the correct number of tables ready. Call Jim at 810-423-9994 and give your name, the number in your party and the dish or other food item you will bring.
Schedule The pot luck banquet begins at 5:30 p.m. Music begins at 7:30 p.m.
Other Information Coffee, tea and soft drinks will be available. There will be a 50/50 raffle with tickets at $1.00 or 6 for $5. A drawing will be held to award door prizes including concert tickets and CDs.
